“I booked at 2 hour clean on February 6th 2026. The associate was late. I ad to call cleaning company myself to make sure they were still arriving. She showed up two hours latter than estimated arrival time. My kitchen wasn’t cleaning properly, the dishes were undone. Dishes were place in my living room on my child’s eating area, along with trash bags. When I entered my bedroom items were placed into the window ceil. My clothes were thrown into the closet and in the corner. When I entered the bathroom it was undone completely. We don’t clean my bathroom at all. When she was leaving she didn’t acknowledge me and make sure I like the cleaning she said she “was just about done” and left without approval. I called two maids and told the manager and left photos. I am waiting to hear an offer.”
